First of all, I have to say that I had huge expectations about the movie. I went to theater to see some mind-blowing action. I was hoping that Åke Lindman had made something spectacular as his last movie. I also believed in his directing talents. Now I sadly have to say that the movie didn't fulfill my expectations. The movie was a bit bouncing: Going there, doing that, coming ...。俊英・伊兼源太郎による渾身の続編小説「ブラックリスト 警視庁監察ファイル」「残響警視庁監察ファイル」の2作を原作に、前作よりもさらにスケールアップしたエンターテインメント作品として制作する。主演を務めるのは前作に続き松岡昌宏。前作から2年後のジンイチを舞台に、監察係の主力となった佐良正輝（さら・まさき）が、警察組織全体を揺るがす“組織の陰謀”と対峙することになる……。さらに、前作最終話で明らかにならなかった謎も、本作ではついに明かされることとなる…！。
