年近四十的詩詩在台灣和老公打理一間民宿，日子舒適自在，直到一天，一則尋人啟示揭開詩詩塵封多年的回憶⋯ 90年代澳門，剛滿18歲的詩詩初踏「骨場」，戰戰兢兢學習招呼客人，所幸遇上經驗豐富的靈靈，兩人年紀相若，靈靈性格豪邁，悉心照顧詩詩，兩人成了好姐妹。一天，靈靈發現自己意外懷孕，詩詩表示願意和靈靈一起養大孩子，漸漸跟兒子樂樂築起了一個溫暖的家。澳門回歸前夕，社會動盪導致骨場生意下跌，眾姐妹各謀出路。靈靈也開始對詩詩冷淡，一次大吵過後，詩詩決定跟一個台灣男人嫁到台灣，離開這個不再屬於她的家。多年來，詩詩在台灣穩定生活，但始終無法投入婚姻，她不禁想著，當日如果沒走，現在靈靈和她又會怎樣？ 如今靈靈離世，詩詩為送好姐妹最後一程，重踏久違的澳門，發現這城市已失去昔日的人情味。詩詩好奇，想知道靈靈這些年來是怎麼過的。她重訪和靈靈生活的舊地，並靠詢問樂樂，漸漸重組...。A mad scientist is forced to leave San Francisco when his experiments become known.
