《害怕你就输了》是一部全新的动作类喜剧竞赛节目，比赛规则非常简单，那就是：不要害怕。 这部剧集拍摄地为爱尔兰山区的一座偏远农场，无知无畏的参赛选手们齐聚于此，通过三场残酷的比赛来测试自己的胆量。如果他们害怕退缩了，就将给自己以及选择他们在比赛中代表自己的主持人带来“痛苦”的后果。。是《认识的哥哥》的衍生节目。主要是姜虎东与idol神童学习如何跳舞的故事。每集选一首歌，由嘉宾教两人唱歌，部分剧集还会出现评测团。。Two strange sisters, Grace and Violet, bound together by more than blood, live in a large mansion, alone, yet surrounded by haunting images of their childhood.
