The series will convey to the audience how Fuat, while trying to avenge his daughter's incident, confronts the darkness within himself and tries to achieve his own justice, along with the mysterious messages that come to his phone.。『ストライクウィッチーズ』シリーズ待望の新作となる劇場版アニメ『ストライクウィッチーズ Operation Victory Arrow』が始動。“Operation Victory Arrow”（勝利の矢作戦）と名付けられたこの新作戦は、TVシリーズ第2期のオペレーション・マルス終了後から前作劇場版までの期間、各地へと帰還したメンバーたちの活躍を描いた各30分のショートストーリー3部作となっている。この新プロジェクトを記念して、劇場でのイベント上映も決定した。。
