90年代北京城里，一群国际标准舞爱好者，在沸腾的生活中寻找自我、寻找爱情，演绎了一个个动人的故事。表现出人民群众在改革开放新时代多彩多姿的快乐生活及朝气蓬勃的精神面貌。 青年建筑师冯岚岚在学习国标舞的过程中，通过对国际标准舞的不断深入认识，摆脱了精神困惑，最终赢得了真正的幸福；青年摄影家李力与林婕的感情纠葛反映出当代青年不同的价值取向；李强作为一名普通劳动者，以平常人的平常心态，追求精神美，为舞蹈事业默默奉献着自己的青春。。A group of friends reunite for an evening after one of their own has a gnarly divorce. As it's been almost a decade since they were all together, waxing nostalgic, they decide to play a drinking game. But this is no ordinary game| if they don't bond together to confront their past, they'll be forced to play the game for eternity.。不少人昔日或都有個歌手夢，卻因為生活、家庭等種種原因，迫於無奈放低夢想。《中年好聲音》由車婉婉擔任主持，接受35歲或以上人士參加，讓中年唱將們把握機會登上追夢列車！一百位參賽者經過海選躋身節目舞台，先透過盲選形式作賽。Maria Cordero、伍仲衡、張佳添等組成五人評審團，會憑聲線撳燈，揀選出五十個晉級人選。參賽者接着需要面對不同形式、主題的挑戰，披荊斬棘向着夢想奮鬥，力爭成為終極好聲音！。
