故事发生于2025年，人工智能技术得到更进一步的突破。创伤精神障碍的漫画家韩美为摆脱时时困扰自己的噩梦，对噩梦的过往进行了调查，却意外的发现丈夫似乎出轨于其它女人。她正当为此惴惴不安时，想要去找寻证据时，却意外的“摔死了”传说中的“小三”，韩美的内心备受挫折，找到了自称是“警察”的孙颖，然而韩美并不知道一场巨大的阴谋在背后秘密策划着，“小三”的尸体意外消失，心理医生称这都是韩美臆想出来的幻觉，韩美开始发疯似的寻求背后的真相……。Andrew Dominik’s career has been crossing paths with Nick Cave’s since 2000’s Chopper, which was scored by original Bad Seeds member Mick Harvey. Seven years later, Cave wrote the music for The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, assisted by another bandmate, Warren Ellis.
