神南大学工学部建筑系副教授犀川创平（绫野刚 饰）及该专业三年级学生西之园萌绘（武井咲 饰）近期正在撰写关于“最接近神的人类”——天才少女真贺田四季（早见明里 饰）的报告。在此期间，二人经土木工程系副教授喜多北斗（小泽征悦 饰）的介绍前往极地环境研究中心参观，谁知却目击了经过缜密计划的密室杀人事件。萌绘无视犀川教授的漠然，极其热情地展开推理和调查，更将自己置身于莫大的危险之中。最终在犀川教授的介入下，真相浮出水面。以此为契机，师生二人又接连卷入各种各样的密室杀人案中，他们将凭借现场的蛛丝马迹找出真正的凶手…… 本片根据森博嗣的小说改编。。Condemned to see only when the night falls, the abandoned blind sisters with the untraceable past, Louise and Henriette, share a horrible secret.
