正当华隆(香港)集团公司董事长罗伟强(杨溢饰)飞往大陆特区，接手华隆(港资)公司之时，原公司老总潘金城意外坠楼身亡。特区刑警队长常军(巫刚饰)来到华隆办案，初步定论为自杀身亡，但精明能干的罗伟强却让敏锐果敢的发常军隐约觉察到一丝不安。罗伟强在电梯里遇上了七年前曾相处几天就匆匆分别的秦瑞(苏谨饰)，与罗伟强的再次相遇也打开了秦瑞那段不愿触及的记忆阀门…重逢使罗伟强欣喜，却使秦瑞心如鹿撞。 经公安局法医的鉴定，认为潘金城有他杀迹象，常军再次来到华隆大厦现场勘察，遇到曾经是青梅竹马恋人的秦瑞。七年前常军通过秦瑞的电话找回了有杀人行为在外流窜的弟弟后，两人闹翻分手，秦瑞毅然出走特区闯荡，常军五年后调来特区任职，到处找寻秦瑞，却一直杳无音信，如今俩人相见悲喜交加。精明的罗伟强察觉了常军和秦瑞关系非同寻常，于是高薪聘请秦瑞担任华隆公司的财务总监，以便于他在特区的...。Claire Lescot is a famous prima donna.
