本片为六十、七十年代红星田丰自导自演，兼为主题曲作词，乃尽情发挥才华之代表作，并由汪萍、宗华、谷峰等著名影星合演。故事描述戴天仇（宗华）自幼随师祖（田丰）习艺，矢志为父报仇；彼时其杀父仇人雷震天（谷峰）虎踞乾坤谷，创立日月帮，到处为非作歹。戴途遇女扮男装的吴小燕（汪萍），却突遭十几名日月帮人毒打。吴知是父亲率人找她回乾坤谷，遂求父允其把戴带返家中养伤；戴得以混入乾坤谷，乘机侦察日月帮的关隘设施……。赛森指挥官奉命追捕一队终止太空任务而返回地球的太空人，却发现另有隐情，这群太空人心性丧失、力大无穷。他在疑心之下查出这实为太空总署的阴谋。太空总署为了诱捕外星异形，未料太空人并未返回总署，反而另谋毁灭地球。Based on the Scholastic book series “Zen Shorts” by Jon J Muth, “Stillwater” is produced by Gaumont and Scholastic Entertainment and centers on siblings Karl, Addy and Michael, who are typical kids with typical kid challenges – meaning that sometimes even the smallest things can feel insurmountable.
