十年前，郭云飞的父亲因为报道一起CZ12文物走私案件而失踪，郭云飞为了查出事件真相，接替成为新一任网络黑客“金手指”。在调查过程中，牵扯出CZ12和丰润集团的关系。丰润集团为了对抗“金手指”入侵，邀请黑客组织“粉碎者联盟”的山猫进行反击。与此同时，警察沈昊也在暗中调查CZ12的真相。警察和黑客，一个在现实搜索证据，一个在网络入侵搜查丰润，来了一场同为正义却一警一匪的较量。虽然在整个过程中沈昊与郭云飞亦敌亦友，却共同揭开了罪犯的丑恶面目。。海丽被绑架，王浩单刀赴会，发现是陈少绑架了海丽，一场大战一触即发。。Edwin Antony (Hywel Bennett) is emasculated in an accident which kills a young philanderer.
