根据1989年同名喜剧改编，讲述加州州长Zack Morris因为把太多低收入高中关门而陷入水深火热的地步，故此他决定把受到影响的学生都送到加州最好的学校 – Bayside高中。。影片主角舒毅和周纪同穷困潦倒，一事无成。舒毅为了支付病童刘佳佳的巨额医疗费去打黑拳，对女教师彦初夏撒下善意的谎言，在此过程中得罪了黑心老板金无价。为了掩护周纪同和彦初夏，舒毅被金无价的手下打个半死，装入麻包仍到了荒山。舒毅因祸得福，被云游道人柏成子所救，并学到点穴术成为绝世高手。最终，舒毅和周纪同二人合力扳倒金无价，刘佳佳的病情也得到了好转。。PG-13 An endless army of shadow demons bent on the destruction of all reality swarms over our world and all parallel Earths.
