Their father ends up finding the perfect opportunity to bring them together and try to reconcile them。住在不知天空为何物的村庄“基哈”的少年“西蒙”在开垦村庄时，偶然挖掘到一块闪耀着神秘光芒的晶体。在那之后，巨大的机器人从天井中冲入，对村庄进行大肆地破坏，西蒙与大哥卡米那以及从地面来的少女优子一起，与巨大的机器人展开了殊死的战斗。。
