Which one of them committed the murder, and who will get out alive?。根据Chetan Bhagat原著小说half girlfriend改编而成的电影。男主Madhav Jha (Arjun Kapoor饰)来自印度一个偏远的小地方，考入了德里某大学，而女主 Riya Somani (Shraddha Kapoor饰)是德里富人家的女儿，两人在大学的篮球场相遇，发生了一连串的故事。后来Riya辍学远赴伦敦， Madhav毕业后回到家乡，本来天各一方的两人却又再相遇了....。程时念留学前，与司北渊无意发生一夜情，六年后，程时念带着儿子回国，成为司北渊的秘书，得知他已经有了未婚妻。深思熟虑后，程时念决定成全司北渊，却发现司北渊的未婚妻，正是冒名顶替自己身份的闺蜜乔若安……。
