With the arrival of Arm, the grandson of the owner of the company where Ryu works, and their gradual relations...。横浜の運河で、女性バラバラ死体の足部分が発見される。港南医大の法医学教宣助教授・早紀（名取裕子）が検死。大きな手掛かりが得られず焦る中、犯人らしき男から電話が入る。早紀に、俺を突き止めてみろと挑戦してきたのだ。やがて、首のない胴体部分が見つかり、犯人は女を絞殺後、強姦し指紋を焼いたと判明。さらに助手で妹の美幸（南果歩）が足部分に外反母趾の手術跡を発見する。早紀の夫で刑事の一馬（宅間伸）は、行方不明のOL・洋子（長谷部香苗）に外反母趾の手術歴が有ることに注目。洋子の主治医・島根（京本政樹）に所見を聞く。。
