八年抗战结束后不久，国共两党旋即展开了殊死之战。为了准备即将到来的大反攻，中共方面借机派刘克豪（任程伟 饰）假扮军统北平战情报科副科长乔天朝潜入沈阳站，以获取机要情报。刘凭借过硬的心理素质和业务水平，通过了沈阳站站长徐寅初（巍子 饰）的连番试探和考验，最终为东北地区的解放立下了汗马功劳。1949年新中国成立，蒋介石携其党徒败走台湾。常年生活在地下刘克蒙来到地上，然而迎接他的不是安稳幸福的生活，而是贼心不死的特务徐寅初对新中国的疯狂反扑，地下与地上的战争仍在继续…… 本片根据著名作家石钟山的同名长篇小说改编。。Three showgirls on their way to Las Vegas have car trouble and are stuck all night out in the desert. The next morning cheerful Andre offers them help in fixing their car.
