龙主齐天发现倭国制造病毒，通过间谍输入龙国，毒害百姓，于是发布除间令。随后一路明察暗访，发现了多个针对龙国的阴谋，最终将倭国潜入龙国的间谍一网打尽，并让投靠倭国的龙奸也付出了代价。。本片是部风格特异的现代浮世绘电影，导演林德赛．安德森手法前卫，某些片段具有高度讽刺性，但整体稍嫌松散冗长。不过片中由亚伦普赖斯创作的配乐非常优美动听，马尔科姆．麦克道尔、拉尔夫．理查森、雷切尔．罗伯茨等在片中的表演也很投入，对喜欢艺术电影的爱好者来说非常有吸引力。剧情讲述一名见习推销员历经种种奇遇，最后成为一名国际性的资本家。。7-year-old Bertil's parents are at work and Bertil are home alone and bored.
