长期守候在本庄医院第一线的内科医生栗原一止（樱井翔 饰），即将和妻子榛名（宫崎葵 饰）迎接新生命的到来，但是工作和家庭间的矛盾也让他的内心升起隐隐的忧虑。与此同时，一止的医科大同学近藤辰也（藤原龙也 饰）作为血液科精英来到本庄医院。一止兴奋非常的同时，却发现曾经善良敬业的近藤变得冷漠无情。另一方面，常年驻守医院的恩师贯田诚太郎（柄本明 饰）突然病倒，很快便被诊断患有晚期淋巴癌。曾经为了医患牺牲家庭的贯田医生，总算迎来了和夫人千代（市毛良枝 饰）相守的短暂而珍贵的时光。医疗改革让病患们得到无微不至的关怀，但作为人而存在的医生则为此付出了更多、更多…… 本片根据夏川草芥的同名原作改编。。The film follows Fred, a busker, and his cat Tabby McTat who enjoy a contented life singing on the streets of London to delighted audiences. One day when chasing a thief, Fred falls and breaks his leg and is whisked away in an ambulance. What will become of the busker’s cat left alone on the city streets?。A 15 year old boy with the ability to produce machines from his body via nanites is enlisted by the government to stop other creatures created by the same science.。
