电影讲述陷入电话诈骗组织的陷阱，失去一切的"徐俊"(卞约汉饰)潜入中国组织的本部与电话诈骗行业的设计者郭普罗(金武烈饰)相遇后展开的故事。。这个新项目围绕一名倒下的高级警官和一名有抱负的年轻检察官展开，他们有两个截然不同的动机去打开一个已经结案的谋杀案。但当他们这样做时，结果却是潘多拉的盒子。由于血腥的痕迹似乎导致他们越来越深入到警察和司法系统，双方都怀疑这是一个阴谋。还是这一切都要追溯到18个月前震惊全镇的恐怖袭击？。Soo-jung is camping on Jukdo Beach, while Jung-yong has left there for a long time and returned.
