本劇分為五輯推出，故事均摘取自小說家蒲松齡膾炙人口之作「聊齋誌異」的精華部份。 這五輯故事包括有：畫皮、花姑子、三生、姬生及伍秋月等。故事藉鬼異事件諷諭人性、 描述宿世恩怨、以及揭開宮廷鬥爭內幕。。“Acapulco" tells the story of twenty-something Máximo Gallardo (Enrique Arrizon), whose dream comes true when he gets the job of a lifetime as a cabana boy at the hottest resort in Acapulco.
