《男人之苦》第10集，寅次郎（渥美清飾）鳥倦歸巢，返回柴又老家，卻發現家裡來了個不速之客──大學教授岡倉（米倉齊加年飾）。寅正怒著離家之際，童年知己千代（八千草薰飾）竟突然到訪。兩人由兒時趣事談起，感情突飛猛進，但原來同時間，岡倉教授亦對千代暗生情愫。初次面臨三角戀危機的寅，究竟如何進退？今集還有巨星田中絹代客串演出。 The tenth instalment in the Tora-san series. Tora-san comes back to his old home in Shibamata. His university professor Mr Okakura (Masakane Yonekura) suddenly arrives at his home which makes Tora-san so angry that he plans to leave home. However, his old friend Chiyo (Kaoru Yachigusa) comes to visit him. The two of them begins to reminisce about old times, and has developed a kind of bonding between them. At the same time, Mr Okakura has become attracted to Chiyo, which makes this the first ever love triangle for Tora-san. Superstar Kinuyo Tanaka has a special appearance in this film.。Jennilyn, a hardworking secretary at a construction site hides a lot of dark secrets. When she seeks the help of the newest employee, her plans start to collapse.。艾青（管韧姿 饰）和丈夫伟文（连凯 饰）结婚多年，感情一直十分要好。虽然两人一直都没有孩子，但这并不妨碍他们成为朋友们眼中幸福而又美满的一对模范夫妻。伟文的母亲生病了需要人照顾，于是艾青跟着丈夫回到了地处偏远的家乡，和婆婆住在了同一屋檐下。 婆婆一直希望艾青和伟文能够诞育下一代，为家族延续香火，为此，她甚至领来了一个名叫心心（王翊菲 饰）的女孩，让艾青和伟文领养。就这样，艾青在莫名其妙之中成为了母亲。奇怪的是，自从心心来到了这个家庭之后，家中开始接二连三的发生诡异的事件，艾青淡忘的悲惨过往记忆亦卷土重来，整个家庭变得四分五裂。。
