民国初年，流民四起，账房先生、乞丐、猎户、骟阉匠、赤脚郎中五人结伴而行。途中因饥饿难耐五人荒诞的揭杆当起土匪，他们喊出“抢钱抢粮抢女人”的口号，开始了劫匪生涯。 当他们到达石阔村准备打劫时却发现村内瘟疫蔓延，成了鬼村。。K国边境势力复杂，常年激战，警察松少的战友在任务中为救松少而身负重伤昏迷不醒，松少的妻子也因组织任务受牵连遇害，为护唯一的女儿周全，松少选择退役隐姓埋名，同时暗地寻找仇人踪迹为报仇雪恨。终于在一次女儿也被卷入的绑架案中，仇人露出行踪，一场血战拉开帷幕......。Framing StoryDr Martin (Robert Powell) arrives at a secluded asylum "for the incurably insane" to be interviewed for a job by the wheelchair-using, authoritarian Dr Lionel Rutherford (Patrick Magee).
