影片故事讲述的是万熙（金敏喜饰）因性格耿直在咖啡馆遭到解雇，在海边遇见酷爱摄影的中学教师克莱尔（伊莎贝尔·于佩尔饰），在电影之城戛纳，完全陌生的两个人经历了相同的人事物。克莱尔相信摄影具有神秘力量甚至改变人生，而与克莱尔短暂的相处中万熙猜测到自己被解雇的原因。 最后两个人一起朝着万熙被解雇的咖啡馆走去。。1948年，彼时战后的德国正处于重建阶段，东部和西部即将面临长期分裂对立的局面。沃尔夫家族的工厂历经四代传人，有着长达80年的历史。如今这个家族企业面对着复杂多变的环境局势，不得不在夹缝中求生存...。Michael Keegan-Dolan is one of the most remarkable choreographers working in dance and theatre today.
