五年前，由沈聪与铁森两人成立的“筑梦计划”小组，借由一枚神奇的三角“天石”成功发展出能够让人类不老、不死的“筑梦计划”。“筑梦计划”实验的主导者沈聪，不但有缜密的思考力与果决的决断力，还具备深藏不露的优异武术根基，是一个文武双全、至情至性的男子。其挚爱的女友凌灵，曾因重大车祸导致智力丧失，后虽在精密的手术下恢复正常，但仍有复发危机，沈聪遂因此答应协助好友铁森发起“筑梦计划”，希望能为爱人寻得彻底治愈的方法。。电影讲述了主播公会老板苏小年（王栎鑫饰）与当红主播李沐子（潘时七饰）之间相识、相斗、相爱的甜怼爱情故事。。Michael Keegan-Dolan is one of the most remarkable choreographers working in dance and theatre today.
