京城十二时辰》第二季由从小在北京胡同长大的音乐人小柯、音乐制作人邢天溯、东方歌舞团首席演奏家陈治龙、主持人悦悦组成了一支“行走的乐队”，他们将在每期邀请一位飞行主唱加入，以边走边唱的形式打开探索北京街区的新方式。。The film was written and directed by Stuart Urban, and commissioned to mark the tenth anniversary of the Falklands War. The film was closely based on the historical record, and all of the major incidents portrayed were drawn from contemporary accounts by those who took part. Filming took place on the Falkland Islands and at Ealing Studios.
