This story relates to our lives as we strive to do our best, not just in sports, school but also relationships between friends...。节目邀请马家辉、刘擎、段志强、周轶君、张佳晶等文化学者，阎鹤祥、蒲熠星、刘宇、徐志胜、呼兰、刘旸、吴樾等艺人嘉宾共20多位嘉宾组成的“走运团”，带着各自的“人生之问”走进运河沿线城市，深入历史遗迹，寻访名人故里，体验本地生活，在历史与未来的相逢中，寻找当下的答案。节目沿中国大运河从南至北行走宁波、绍兴、杭州、苏州、扬州、淮安、淮北、洛阳、开封、济宁、沧州、天津和北京等重要的运河城市，以多维视角和丰富的专业知识，带领观众走进大运河，感受大运河，重新发现大运河，重新理解大运河。。
