该剧主要讲述了云南省开河强制戒毒所，副所长宋婷（李倩饰）一贯秉承“以人为本”的工作理念，充满工作热情的她常被认为过于理想主义。境外贩毒团伙白狼集团的两名重要嫌疑人罗靖（苗驰饰）、廖明康（周大勇）阴差阳错之下被关进开河强制戒毒所，为了追查案情，专案组组长冷文坤（何政军饰）以挂职锻炼的名义成为宋婷的部下。在两人的紧密配合下抽丝剥茧，逐渐寻到关键线索，戒毒所也开始进一步发展转型，此时，白狼的义子真身浮出水面，专案组与白狼集团展开殊死博弈……。故事发生在1991年的迈阿密，讲述Dexter从学生成长为连环杀手的故事。。It’s a recognizable near-future, Simon (Brett Goldstein) accompanies his best friend, Laura (Imogen Poots), as she takes a new test guaranteeing to match anyone with their soulmate.
